GenWed is a free database of contributed genealogical marriage records (25,000 and growing) and directory to more than 30,000 links to other marriage records online for the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Most are free but some links are to professional or subscription databases and marked as such. Our searches are clearly marked as are the fee based services.

We advertise several paid subscription companies as a convenience to our visitors because they are a reputable professional companies with a great service that we use ourselves. We do not have authority to change your subscription or answer questions about them.
